Luxeon Star consists of a Luxeon Emitter mounted to a square or hexagonal submount. The Star/C includes a connector, the Star/O option includes PMMA secondary optics to create a tight collimated beam. A new side-emitting star on a hexagonal submount enables a host of new Luxeon based applications. Luxeon Star hexagonal modules can be connected and powered in a close packed hexagonal configuration for tight spacing and increased light output per unit area. Available in white, green, cyan, blue, royal blue, red, red-orange, and amber.
